Dead & Company – Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, John Mayer, and Bob Weir, with Oteil Burbridge and Jeff Chimenti – have announced its 2021 tour, beginning August 16 and running through Halloween, with a three-night stand at the iconic Hollywood Bowl. The 31-date tour also includes a night in New York at Citi Field and two nights at Chicago’s Wrigley Field.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, May 21 here.
In the May 13 announcement, Dead & Company said they will continue their work with longtime sustainability partner REVERB. This summer the band has committed to a comprehensive carbon offset program via Reverb’s unCHANGEit Climate Campaign, covering all projected emissions from this year’s tour – including fan travel to and from shows. These Dead & Company tour offsets will immediately fund important projects around the world and here at home that directly fight climate change and greenhouse gas emissions.
Dead & Company was formed in 2015 when the Grateful Dead’s Hart, Kreutzmann and Weir joined forces with Mayer, Allman Brothers’ bassist Burbridge, and Fare Thee Well and RatDog keyboardist Chimenti. The result was one of the most successful touring bands of the decade. Since its formation, the band has completed six tours, playing to 3.4 million fans, and has become a record-breaking stadium act.

Although your webpage about this tour claims that Dead and Company will be in the Denver area at Fiddler’s Green (which your page said is in Greenwood Village, a Denver suburb, which is true) on October 22 & 23, when I clicked on your link to the Fan Registration webpage it said, “No dates set in or near Denver.” What’s up with that?
It appears to be a temporary glitch with Ticketmaster. The same thing happened to us just now. Those dates are definitely scheduled. If you’re interested in going, we urge you to go ahead and register.
