“Cold As Ice” was the second Top 10 single from the band’s 1977 self-titled debut album, peaking at #6 nationally. (Their first single was “Feels Like The First Time” which reached #4.) The classic rock band earned nine Top 10 singles during their career including the 1984 #1 smash, “I Want to Know What Love Is.”
The band formed in 1976 with a combination of British and American musicians: Mick Jones, Lou Gramm, Ian McDonald, Dennis Elliott, Ed Gagliardi and Al Greenwood.
