Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood, two esteemed members of British classic rock royalty, originally recorded the Winwood-penned “Can’t Find My Way Home” in 1969 as bandmates in Blind Faith, which rose out of their previous bands, Traffic and Cream, respectively. (They were joined in the supergroup by former Cream drummer Ginger Baker and bass player Ric Grech. When Blind Faith disbanded after just the one album, Grech joined Winwood in the re-formed Traffic. Got it?)
This performance was from Clapton’s 2007 Crossroads Guitar Festival in Illinois, and also features Derek Trucks and Doyle Bramhall. Clapton and Winwood teamed up several months later for three shows at Madison Square Garden.
Clapton hosted another Crossroads Guitar Festival in September 2019. The next edition is scheduled for September 2023. Tickets are available here and here.
Winwood doesn’t have any concerts on his schedule. When he does, tickets will be available here and here.

Great song, great collaboration… while Winwood seems to be very comfortable with a guitar I prefer him on the keyboards
